Founder Terry Owens, CPP®, served as a police sergeant and detective with the Kansas City, Missouri Police Department before moving into corporate security leadership in the private sector. He also serves as Chair of the ASIS International Kansas City Chapter. He built TBL around everything he wishes he had known during his own transition, and everything most professionals are never told.
